Low Norman sideboard in oak from the Bocage Virois called "commode", mid-nineteenth century period. Richly decorated with moldings and sculptures of horns of plenty, acanthus and foliage. Traverse bottom fretted and finely carved. The rudent fluted uprights are punctuated by arched Louis XV legs. At the top three hollowed-out drawers with heart stripes, brass fittings.
