Table japonisante en sycomore époque 1900. Sculpture à décor sinisant et gravé. Les pieds se terminent par les griffes d’un animal. Ceinture ouvrant à un tiroir. Dans le goût de Gabriel VIARDOT. Quelques piqûres traité dans nos ateliers.
À l’intérieur du tiroir, une plaque du magasin DRUCE & Co qui a fourni cet article à l’origine en 1900 à Londres.
Druce & Co. were a British furniture manufacturer and antique dealers operating in the 19th and 20th century. The company was founded by Thomas Charles Druce (b.1761 – d.1864) in the 1840s and was based in Baker Street and Portman Square, London.[1] During the 19th century, Druce expanded into a department store and an estate agency.
